For a business six months into its rebrand, we designed an unforgettable New Year's Eve celebration that invited the community to experience the brand in a tangible way. More than just a party, this event was a strategic showcase of the brand’s identity, creativity, and immersive energy.

We centered the programming around the artistic genres the venue aimed to highlight in the coming year, curating three distinct rooms—each dedicated to a specific genre and brought to life with unique styling, performances, and interactive elements. To elevate the experience, we partnered with Netflix’s Rhythm + Flow, Morning Choir, Sparx Ent, and local producers, ensuring each stage delivered an authentic, high-energy performance.

Surprise and participation were key in crafting a signature festival-like atmosphere, reinforcing the brand’s reputation for dynamic, community-driven experiences. From unexpected performance moments like a puppeteer flash mob, to hands-on engagements, like a shibari zone, we turned the night into a living expression of the brand’s new direction—seamlessly blending entertainment with storytelling.
